I purchased a set of Cooper tires a while back. I recently took my vehicle in for a tire rotation. My bad, I assumed that they checked my tires for wear and tear. Also, they made sure my tires were still balanced. Well, that doesn't happen. The weights on my tires have not moved. I went out of town thinking my tires were in great shape. Nope. I traveled 2500 miles. I got 3 hours from home to learn that the vibration in my tires is due to a broken belt in my tire. Now, if they really look at your tires, they would have noticed that there was something wrong with the tire. The sloppy handling was noticed right away. I just thought it was the usual adjustment thing from the rotation. No! Do not go to this place for tires. They don't give a rats butt about you. They talk a good talk but don't care about you. I will pay Southern Tire to get my tire rotations. I am not going back after I get my replacement tire. Oh yeah, it will take a week to get that done.
